— Types of Vaillant Boiler
What’s the Right Boiler for Your Home?
Choosing the right boiler depends on your home size, heating demand, and hot water usage. Whether you need a compact solution, a system for higher demand, or a traditional setup, there’s an Ideal option designed to deliver reliable comfort and efficiency.
Below is a simple guide to help you understand the differences between Combi, System, and Regular boilers so you can find the best fit for your home.
COMBI BOILERS
Combi boilers are better suited for homes with just one bathroom. With a combi boiler, hot water is generated only when needed and doesn't require a storage tank. They're compact in size, so perfectly suited for smaller homes.

SYSTEM BOILERS
System boilers are ideal for homes with more than one bathroom. They deliver a constant supply of hot water, which ideal for homes that demand lots of hot water. Please note that system boilers require a water cylinder to store hot water.
REGULAR (OPEN VENT BOILER)
Regular (open vent) boilers are suited for home with multiple bathrooms. They are ideal in homes where lots of hot water is used at the same time in different rooms. These types of boilers are compaitble with solar water and heat pumps.
