“We used Dan to install our new gas boiler and internal pipework. The service installation, communication and timing of delivery was outstanding. Their price was very competitive and they stuck to it even though we had to delay several weeks due to Cadent needing to move the gas meter. I would have no hesitation in recommending DES Gas Safe Solutions.”

Dan has serviced our old boiler for years and today we had a new boiler supplied and fitted by him. He is a tidy worker - cleaning up after the jobs. He respects your property by putting sheets down to protect carpets / worktops etc. Dan made sure I fully knew how to work the new boiler before leaving and giving me the peace of mind that I can always call or message him if I need him. I would highly recommend Dan and now all my family have used him to replace old boilers and service their older ones. He has done a variety of jobs for us over the years including fitting a new boiler and replacing the radiators in my Dad's bungalow, all carried out to a high standard with no issues over the last 9 years. He also services our Alpha boiler annually which works so much better now since he took over. Other jobs include replacing radiator valves, removing and replacing radiators to facilitate decorating etc.
We would recommend him without hesitation.”

It’s nearly Christmas and everyone was too busy. He came on Friday 19th December and the boiler needed a new fan which he purchased and came to fit it the same day at 16:45. All now working perfectly. We can’t thank him enough. Will definitely use him again and again and will recommend him to all family and friends. I knew it was only a short time it would break again as the boiler was over 18 years old. Dan gave me a very reasonable quote which I accepted instantly and he came and fitted the boiler on the Saturday of the same week. Friendly service took care of everything removed all the waste. Set up my phone for the heating controller which has been amazing. Not worrying about my heating anymore. I would definitely recommend Dan he was amazing.”

On a winter Sunday he struggled in ice and snow to try and sort out the old boiler, we decided it wasn’t worth repairing. He ordered a new one on the Monday and within a couple of days the new boiler was up and running. I call him whenever I have any problems, he can often help me out on the phone but if not is always prompt to visit. As an elderly vulnerable couple I know I can totally trust Dan and would recommend him to anyone.

he was on hand to help us , we knew our boiler was on the brink but he got it working for us explaining that it really was on its last legs. Dan left us some options so we plunged for the Ideal boiler, knowing that we could be without hot water and heating he replaced our boiler within a week. Nothing was too much for him and he he calls you when its service is due.
